The Foundation is supporting a lawsuit filed in Tulsa County District Court for a member regarding unlawful annexation and inverse condemnation by the Town of Sperry.  Farmer member Karl Skalnik lost income since August of 2007 for leased bird hunting when town officials ran hunters off his recently annexed property.
