The Oklahoma Farm Bureau Legal Foundation is monitoring the following cases because they affect private property rights and/or production agriculture:

	7/8/2010 Poultry litigation summary In 2005, Oklahoma’s Attorney General Drew Edmondson initiated a legal battle against poultry companies that had the potential to change the face of American agriculture forever. Fortunately, the industry wasn’t afraid to fight back to protect not only their sector of agriculture, but to protect the entire industry. So far, they have proven to be a tough opponent for seasoned legal veteran W.A. Drew Edmondson.	[Edit]
	1/11/2007 Texas sues to get Oklahoma water This case is Tarrant Regional Water District v. Rudolf Herrmann, et al., (Oklahoma Water Resources Board). This lawsuit was filed in federal court in the western district of Oklahoma, 5:07-cv-00045-HE. Tarrant is asking for declaratory and injunctive relief to enforce its right to appropriate, transfer and export stream water in Oklahoma pursuant to the Red River Compact, and the Supremacy and Commerce Clauses of the U.S. Constitution. 	6/13/2005 State of Oklahoma et al., v. Tyson Foods, Inc., et al. This is the Oklahoma Attorney General’s lawsuit against the poultry industry in Oklahoma and Arkansas, filed in federal court in the northern district of Oklahoma, 4:05-cv-329.	[Edit]
